Marbled Purple Stripe: Light purple blotches showing through bright white papery skins. Clove wrappers are light purple to tan in colour and peel fairly easily from their chunky cloves. When raw, there is good punch of garlic flavour with medium heat, but the heat mellows away quickly leaving a clean garlic taste. Cooked, this garlic is quite mild adding only a subtle garlic taste.

Bulb Size: Culinary garlic is a mix of small to large sized bulbs, great for use in your kitchen. Roasting and Seed garlic are our largest bulbs for each variety. These are best for roasting whole or planting in your garden.
