Porcelain Variety: This garlic originates from Chile and has ivory bulb skins with red coloured wrappers around large cloves. Somewhat spicy flavour when raw but mellows to a softer flavour when cooked.

• Averages 4-5 cloves per bulb.

Bulb Size: Culinary garlic is a mix of small to medium sized bulbs, great for use in your kitchen. Roasting and Seed garlic are our largest bulbs for each variety. These are best for roasting whole or planting in your garden.
